Mindful Connections Therapy is a growing private therapy practice based in Ontario, Canada. We offer individual therapy and are expanding our team and online presence.
About the role
We are looking for a reliable, warm, and professional Virtual Assistant and Content Creator to support the day-to-day admin of the practice and help create content for our social media and blog. This is a part-time remote contract role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, writes excellent English, and has a genuine interest in mental health and wellness topics.
Admin responsibilities
Respond to new client inquiry
Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments in Jane App
Answer phone calls and take messages
General inbox management
Content responsibilities
Write and schedule social media posts (Instagram,
Draft blog posts on mental health and wellness topics
Design graphics and visuals in Canva
What we're looking for
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with Jane App (strong asset)
Proficient in Canva
Available during Eastern Standard Time business hours
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
Warm, professional tone — especially important for a healthcare setting
Important — confidentiality
This is a healthcare practice. You will have access to sensitive client information, including names, contact details, and appointment schedules. A confidentiality agreement is required before starting. Client privacy is non-negotiable.
