Social Media & Marketing Assistant for Pilates Brand

Hi! We are POLSE - a modern Pilates and wellness brand based in London. We have a Pilates app with online classes, wellness products, and home reformers, and we are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help us grow online through our app, social accounts and generate more sales

This is a remote part-time role starting at approximately 8 hours per week, with potential for long-term growth.

We are looking for someone who understands modern social media marketing, content creation, trends, AI tools, and online brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage our Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop & YouTube

• Create social media content using Canva, CapCut & AI tools

• Edit reels and short-form videos

• Write captions, hooks and marketing copy

• Use ChatGPT/AI tools to assist with content ideas and marketing

• Schedule and upload content

• Research viral trends and content ideas

• Help grow our Pilates community online

• Influencer outreach and collaboration outreach

• Email marketing campaigns

• Generate leads and help increase sales

• Community engagement (comments/messages)

• Help promote our Pilates app, wellness products and reformers

• Outreach to potential customers, studios, influencers and wellness partners

Assist with sales campaigns and promotions

Research partnerships with wellness brands, studios, hotels and creators

Requirements:

Experience with Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
Canva experience
CapCut editing skills
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools
Strong English communication
Creative and proactive mindset
