This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and play a key role in building a reputable skin clinic brand from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant who can support both marketing and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience with social media management, content creation, customer service, and business administration. Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, medical, wellness, skincare, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
* Create and schedule engaging content
* Design graphics using Canva
* Edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok
* Write captions and hashtags aligned with our brand
* Plan monthly content calendars
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
* Research social media trends and content opportunities

Client Support & Administration

* Respond to client enquiries professionally
* Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups
* Maintain client databases and records
* Send reminders and confirmation messages
* Assist with email management
* Track leads and client conversions

Business Growth Support

* Monitor social media and business performance metrics
* Help identify opportunities for growth and client acquisition
* Assist with Google Business Profile updates and review management
* Support the founder with administrative and operational tasks
* Provide ideas to strengthen our brand positioning as a leading skin clinic

Requirements

Essential

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong Canva skills
* Experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Professional communication skills

Preferred

* Experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, medical, dental, or healthcare industries
* Experience with CapCut or video editing
* Experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
* Basic bookkeeping or reporting skills
* Understanding of luxury or premium branding
