We are looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form video content, social media trends, and audience engagement.

### Responsibilities

* Create and edit engaging short-form videos for:

* TikTok
* Instagram Reels
* Facebook Reels
* LinkedIn
* Turn raw footage and everyday business content into engaging posts
* Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and post descriptions
* Schedule and publish content across all platforms
* Repurpose content for different social media channels
* Monitor engagement and notify us of opportunities for interaction
* Research trends, sounds, and content ideas relevant to our niche
* Maintain a content calendar and consistent posting schedule
* Provide weekly updates on content performance

### Requirements

* Experience creating and editing short-form video content
* Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
* Excellent written English
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Reliable communication and responsiveness
* Creative mindset with the ability to tell a story through content

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, or personal brands
* Basic graphic design skills
* Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
