JOB OVERVIEW

Compensation:

$5 per hour
Initial project: 4-6 hours
Potential for ongoing work if performance is strong

Performance Bonuses:

$10 for each scheduled call or meeting with a decision-maker
$25 bonus if a lead generated by you turns into a paying customer/job within 90 days

About Us:
Quick Air Services is an HVAC and energy-efficiency company serving the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Services include HVAC repair, HVAC installation, insulation, solar screens, and energy-saving home improvements.

Tasks:

Build a targeted lead list of:
General Contractors
Home Builders
Property Management Companies
Commercial Developers
Apartment Management Companies
School Districts
Housing Authorities
Government Agencies
Construction Companies Working in South Texas
For each company, gather:
Company Name
Contact Name
Phone Number

Email
Address
Website
Notes
Make outbound calls using our script.
Ask:
Who handles subcontractor/vendor relationships?
How can Quick Air Services get added to the vendor list?
How can Quick Air Services get added to the bid list?
Is there a vendor application?
What email should we send our company information to?
Record all information in a spreadsheet.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls
Experience with lead generation preferred
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to update spreadsheets accurately

Goals:

Build a list of 100+ potential companies
Obtain vendor registration information
Obtain bid-list information
Schedule calls with decision-makers when possible
Help establish relationships that can lead to future HVAC and energy-efficiency projects

This is a test project. Strong performers may receive ongoing work and additional opportunities.
