Meta Ads Specialist for Construction & Home Improvement Leads

We are Lyon Renovations, a growing UK-based construction and property refurbishment company based in England.

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience generating leads for construction, renovations, home improvement, property maintenance, bathrooms, kitchens, roofing, painting & decorating, flooring or similar industries.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who can generate qualified leads that turn into real projects.

About Us

Lyon Renovations is an established construction and refurbishment company serving residential and commercial clients across the UK.

We already have strong systems in place including:

• Go High Level CRM and automation systems
• Structured sales process
• Lead follow-up systems
• Professional website and online presence
• Office support team
• Estimating and quotation process
• Experienced subcontractor network
• Capacity to take on additional projects

We are not looking for someone to build our business from scratch.

We are looking for someone who can help us generate a consistent flow of quality leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience running Meta Ads
• Proven lead generation results
• Experience working with construction, home improvement or property service businesses
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and landing pages
• Ability to track and report performance clearly
• Good English communication skills
