Telemarketer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team.

Position Details
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 4 hours per day
• Pay: $5 USD per hour
• Bonus: $200 performance bonus plus additional performance-based incentives
• Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural conversation
• Set appointments and/or generate qualified leads
• Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Confident speaking over the phone
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation & Incentives
• $5/hour base pay
• $200 bonus
• Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives for strong results
