JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for and for someone with at least one year of experience to answer calls and make outbound sales calls.

We are looking for committed and dynamic people with the following requirements:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal).
• Support Client Queries.
• Able to deliver a script and call warm leads fast.
• Prove phone experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have previous outbound call centre and sales experience.
• Must have a quite working area at home with no background noise.
• Must have a high speed internet connection and own computer.
• Must be able to work night shift in Australia from 6pm to 5am (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
• 40 hour work week preferred.
• Must be able to start immediately.
• Skye required, a SIP phone will also be provided.
• Willingness to perform ad-hoc support tasks.

Remuneration

• Hourly base salary in USD, paid monthly.
