Customer Relationship Specialist (Fleet Accounts)

MWork Auto Body is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused on building and maintaining relationships with our fleet account clients.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet account clients
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
-Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients
-Send promotional emails and marketing updates to fleet partners
-Identify opportunities to increase account engagement and business volume
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities
-Assist with client retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
-Generate reports and provide updates on account performance

*Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-Experience in customer service, account management, client relations, sales support, or business development
-Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
-Experience working with U.S.-based clients is an advantage
