Zoho Books / Book Keeping / Financial Assitant

I need accounting and tax prep for 3 small businesses (Insurance, Vacation Rentals and Car Sales.) I am looking for someone who is fluent in English and Knowledgeable in Zoho Books. Because I am a couple years behind in my books, I need someone who can put in lots of time initially and then transition to part time after everything is caught up.
I'm starting the position at $3.5 an hour with a $100 bonus if we can get caught up within two weeks. Then once I've completed my 2024 and 2025 tax prep it will go to $4.00 an hour part time with bonus opportunities. Initially I need someone who can be trained during US hours. Ideally 8am - 11am Mountain time. After training is over then most of the work can be done at any hour. Any knowledge in the vacation rental business is a plus. We use aribnb, vrbo, hospitable and ---------- . I will need financial analysis and reports with those properties as part of the job.
