Real Estate/Short-Term Rental Assistant

Virtual Assistant – Real Estate & Short-Term Rental (Oregon Coast, USA)
Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time | Long-Term

We are a small coastal real estate and vacation rental business in Oregon seeking a reliable, detail-oriented VA with strong written English to support two areas of our business.

Real Estate Tasks

• Write MLS listing descriptions from agent notes
• Manage leads and follow-up tasks in Follow Up Boss
• Schedule email campaigns and write monthly newsletter in MailChimp
• Create and post content for Instagram

Short-Term Rental Tasks

• Handle guest messaging and reservations in Hostaway
• Manage guest WiFi portal and email capture via StayFi as well as email campaigns
• Coordinate turnovers and communicate with local vendors
• Create Instagram content for rental properties

Requirements

• Excellent written English
• Experience with some of these platforms: Follow Up Boss, MailChimp, Hostaway, StayFi, Instagram, FB preferred
• Real estate or STR VA experience preferred
• Canva proficiency
• Reliable internet; some Pacific Time overlap
