She films. You edit, package, organize, and coordinate. She shows up to respond to her audience. You handle the rest.
This is a part-time remote role requiring approximately 20 hours per week. You will work independently with clear written guidelines, a detailed content calendar, and a brand playbook that tells you exactly what to do and when.

Podcast Administration (30% of your time)

Coordinate all podcast assets with the production team — episode files, artwork, guest information, and publish dates
Ensure production team has everything they need on schedule — no delays, no dropped handoffs
Coordinate guest scheduling — send calendar invites, confirmation emails, and pre-interview prep documents
Manage guest communication professionally and promptly
Maintain a running episode tracker — titles, guests, publish dates, and performance
Add episode links, guest tags, and resource mentions to show notes once delivered by production team
Proactively flag any production delays or asset gaps to Dr. Javaid
Take social assets that are created by podcast team and repurpose them for Linked in, IG and Tiktok- they only publish to youtube

Make simple website updates — refresh copy, swap images, add press mentions, and post new resources (no advanced coding required)
Maintain brand consistency across every asset — colors, fonts, logos, and tone per the brand playbook
Keep a tidy, versioned library of templates and source files so assets can be reused and updated quickly
Executive Assistant & Coordination (10% of your time)

05 | WHO YOU ARE
You are the right person for this role if:
Your written English is excellent — you can write captions that sound like a confident, credentialed American woman and nobody would know they were written by someone overseas
You are obsessively organized — you do not miss deadlines, you do not forget tasks, and you proactively flag problems before they become Dr. Javaid’s problem
You understand social media deeply — you know the difference between an Instagram Reel and a carousel, why TikTok needs different captions than Instagram, and why YouTube titles need to be searchable
You are proactive not reactive — you do not wait to be told what to do next. You know the plan, you follow it, and you flag anything that is off
You take brand seriously — you understand that Dr. Javaid’s brand is built on clinical authority and bold personal narrative, and you protect that voice in every caption you write
You have a strong design eye — you can build clean, on-brand assets in Canva and turn complex clinical topics into clear, professional visuals without hand-holding
You are comfortable with health and medical content — you are not squeamish about topics like menopause, sexual health, hormones, and women’s bodies
You have worked with a personal brand or public figure before — you understand the sensitivity and discretion that comes with managing someone’s public presence
This role is NOT right for you if:
You need constant supervision or daily check-ins to stay on task
Your written English requires heavy editing before it is publishable

You are not available during overlap hours with US Eastern or Central time

Must be available for a 30-minute weekly check-in call with Dr. Javaid or her team — Tuesday mornings US Central time preferred

Compensation: $75 USD upon completion
Timeline: 48 hours from assignment to submission
TRIAL TASK 1 — Content Packaging & Handoff Brief
Using the sample assets and weekly schedule provided, outline exactly how you would prepare one full week of content for Dr. Javaid across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and hand it to the PR team ready to publish. For each piece include: platform, content type, what you would adapt per platform (captions, overlays, format), and how you would package and deliver it so nothing is missed. Then, in a few sentences, describe how you would keep her calendar and inbox in order during a heavy filming week.
TRIAL TASK 2 — Caption Writing
Write Instagram and TikTok captions for the following post:
Dr. Javaid is posting a 45-second Reel where she looks directly to camera and says: “Did you know PCOS was just renamed? Your doctor probably hasn’t told you yet. The new name is PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. This isn’t just a name change. It’s a reclassification that could change how millions of women are diagnosed and treated. I have this condition. I was dismissed by doctors. Even as a physician. Here’s what you need to know.” End of video.
Write: (a) an Instagram caption with appropriate hashtags, and (b) a TikTok caption with appropriate hashtags. Both should match Dr. Javaid’s brand voice — bold, clinical, personal, and direct.
TRIAL TASK 3 — Podcast Show Notes
Write show notes for a fictional podcast episode using this brief:
Episode title: Why Your Doctor Never Warned You About Menopause. Guest: None — solo episode. Dr. Javaid covers: what perimenopause is and when it starts, why HRT has been misrepresented, what estrogen does for your heart, and what women should be asking their doctors right now. Episode length: 45 minutes.
Write SEO-optimized show notes of approximately 200–250 words including: episode summary, key topics covered, and a CTA to follow Dr. Javaid on Instagram and subscribe to her email list.
? Submissions that demonstrate genuine understanding of Dr. Javaid’s brand voice will be prioritized over technically correct but generic work. Read her Instagram captions ---------- before writing.
09 | HOW TO APPLY
To be considered for this role, your application must include all of the following. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
A brief introduction — who you are, where you are based, and your time zone
Your relevant experience — specifically with social content editing, podcast administration, email marketing, design of branded assets (e.g. media kits, educational materials), and executive support (calendar and inbox management). Name the tools you have used.
Two examples of captions you have written for a personal brand or public figure — include the platform and the account if possible
Your expected monthly rate for part-time work (20 hours/week)
Your availability for the trial project — can you complete it within 48 hours of receiving it?
Answer this question in 3–5 sentences: Dr. Javaid posts a Reel on Tuesday that gets 50,000 views in the first 12 hours — 10x her normal reach. What do you do next?
? Applications that do not answer question 6 will not be reviewed. This question tells us more about how you think than anything else in your application.
Applications that stand out lead with specific experience, demonstrate knowledge of Dr. Javaid’s content and brand, and answer every question directly without filler.
