Social Media Content Creator & Virtual Assistant (K-Beauty E-Commerce)

We are a growing K-Beauty e-commerce brand looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Virtual Assistant to help produce engaging content, manage social media execution, and support customer engagement.

This role is heavily focused on content creation. Applicants must be comfortable filming and photographing skincare products, creating aesthetic B-roll footage, and staying on top of current TikTok and Instagram trends.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation (Primary Responsibility)

* Photograph K-Beauty products for social media content
* Film aesthetic product B-roll for Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
* Create faceless video content featuring skincare products, textures, packaging, and routines
* Stay current on trending TikTok audios, editing styles, and content formats
* Edit videos using CapCut, InShot, or similar software
* Create content that aligns with a clean, minimalist, premium K-Beauty aesthetic

Social Media Management

* Create and schedule social media content
* Format and publish Instagram Stories
* Create carousel posts using Canva
* Repurpose customer reviews and user-generated content
* Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas


Email Marketing

* Format newsletters using our existing templates and branding
* Ensure newsletters are visually appealing and mobile-friendly

Community Engagement

* Spend approximately 20 minutes daily engaging with followers using a provided checklist
* Respond to comments and interact with our community

Monthly Deliverables

* 8 Faceless Reels/TikToks featuring original product photography and video footage
* 6 Carousel Feed Posts
* 24 Instagram/TikTok Stories
* 4 Newsletters
* Light Daily Engagement (approximately 20 minutes/day)

Requirements

* Strong experience with Canva
* Strong experience with CapCut, InShot, or similar editing software
* Ability to take high-quality product photos and videos
* Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
* Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail
* Eye for clean, minimalist, luxury-inspired aesthetics
* Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
* Interest in skincare and K-Beauty strongly preferred

Important

This is primarily a content creation role, not an administrative assistant role. A significant portion of your work will involve creating original photo and video content featuring our products.

This is a faceless position. You do not need to appear on camera. However, additional paid opportunities for UGC-style content may be available for applicants who are comfortable being featured in videos.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Retainer: $400 USD
