About us
We’re a fast-growing DTC brand in the women’s wellness space, operating in the European market. We run paid social as our primary growth channel and we’re scaling — which means we need someone serious on the editing side who can keep up, think with us, and grow into the brand long-term.

This isn’t a one-off gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to immerse themselves in what we do — understand our customer, our product, our angles — and become part of the team. If we grow, you grow with us. Raises, bigger bonuses, more responsibility over time.

What you’ll be doing

• Editing performance ads for Meta (UGC-style, talking-head, static video, and mixed formats)
• Working from concepts and scripts we provide — sometimes pure translation of a proven winner into a new variant, sometimes building from scratch off a brief
• Sourcing your own B-roll, stock footage, and reference clips that match the script and angle
• Researching competitor ads (we’ll point you at a starting list) and pulling visual references that fit
• Using AI tools heavily in your workflow — voiceovers, AI actors, generative B-roll, captions, upscaling
• Adding captions, motion graphics, sound design, hooks, pattern interrupts — the full performance ad toolkit
• Delivering edits ready to upload (correct aspect ratios, safe zones, Meta file specs)

Basic marketing understanding we need from you
You don’t need to be a media buyer, but you do need to understand the fundamentals — because a good edit starts with understanding who we’re talking to and why. We’ll brief you fully on:

• Our target customer (who she is, what she struggles with, what she wants)
• What our product does and the angles we lead with
• The hook, the promise, and the emotional beat each ad is supposed to land

Your job is to internalize all of that and edit toward it — not just cut clips together. If you understand the avatar, the rest of the editing decisions become obvious.

Must be strong with AI
This is non-negotiable. You should already be using tools like:

• Kling, Higgsfield, VEO, Sora — for generative B-roll and shots that don’t exist in stock
• HeyGen, Arcads — for AI actors / UGC-style talking heads
• ElevenLabs or similar for voiceovers
• Captioning + upscaling tools

If you don’t already work with these daily, this role isn’t for you. We move fast and AI is how we keep up.

What we need from you (the person)

• Proactive. We don’t want to chase. If a script is unclear, you ask. If you see a better angle, you suggest it. If B-roll doesn’t exist, you find it or generate it
• You think along with us. You understand what the script is trying to do and edit toward that
• Sharp eye. Pacing, music choice, captions, hook strength — all tight
• Reliable turnaround and clear communication
• You want to manifest in our brand long-term, not jump to the next gig in three months
• Comfortable working in English

What to include in your application

• Which brands have you edited for? Names, niches, links
• How much ad spend have your edits been behind? Rough numbers are fine — we just need to know if you’ve worked on small accounts or scaled accounts
• What’s your hit rate? Out of the ads you’ve made, how many became winners or scaled?
• 3–5 of your best performance ad edits (links, not files)
• Ideally at least one example in a similar niche — wellness, supplements, health, beauty, women’s products
• Which AI tools you use daily and how you use them in your workflow

Compensation

• Starting rate: $4/hour
• Performance bonuses when your ads scale and spend meaningful budget — the more your edits spend, the more you make. Bonus structure explained on the call
• Long-term. If you’re good, this becomes consistent weekly work with raises as we grow together
