JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Field Operations Supervisor to lead and manage our merchandising team across the Philippines. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who leads from the front, holds their team to a high standard, and gets results — every store, every visit, every time.
If you are the type of leader who accepts "almost good enough," this is not the role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Brief merchandisers before every program so they know exactly what is expected, what the standard looks like, and what success means

Ensure all merchandisers are hitting their assigned stores on schedule — no missed visits, no gaps

Enforce photo documentation standards at every store and review submissions for quality and compliance

Conduct on-site training and pre-program briefings so your team is always prepared and confident

Be the go-to person for all program and campaign questions — you will know every detail

Provide direct, immediate feedback to staff in the field — don't wait, address it on the spot

Report underperforming team members to management with clear documentation and evidence
Identify gaps in team knowledge or execution and bring solutions to management regularly


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone who leads firmly, fairly, and with high standards — your team knows where they stand
Experience in retail, merchandising, or field sales supervision

Strong communicator — clear in briefings, direct in feedback, professional in reports
Detail-oriented — you notice when a photo is wrong, a display is off, or a store is missed

Comfortable working independently across multiple locations

Confident using reporting apps, photo tools, and messaging platforms

A natural trainer — you can explain things clearly until the person in front of you truly understands

Accountable — you don't make excuses and you don't accept them

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional written and spoken English — you will be communicating daily with international management. Your emails, messages, and phone calls must be clear, professional, and confident. No exceptions.
Strong communicator across all channels — whether it is a WhatsApp message to a merchandiser, an email update to management, or a phone call to resolve an issue in the field, your communication must be sharp, timely, and professional every time

Uncompromising personal standards — you take pride in doing things properly. You do not cut corners, you do not let things slide, and you expect the same from the people around you
Experience working with Australian or American companies or managers — you understand the directness, the pace, and the expectations that come with an international working environment. You are not fazed by high standards or frank feedback
