Paradise Parties HNL is a growing photo booth and event company based in Hawai?i. We are looking for a reliable tea ---------- mber to help with Canva design, social media, paid ads support, and virtual assistant tasks.

Main Tasks
Create custom photo strip templates in Canva
Design simple event graphics, overlays, and social media posts
Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile
Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Track social media growth, engagement, leads, and ad results
Help with HoneyBook CRM tasks and basic admin work

Requirements
Strong Canva experience
Social media management experience
Basic Meta Ads or Google Ads experience
Strong internet connection
Responsive during working hours
Good English communication
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Experience
Photo editing experience in Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software
Sales experience or experience helping turn leads into bookings
Wedding, event, or photo booth industry experience

Since client bookings help support this role, applicants who can help generate leads and bookings from social media will be strongly preferred.

Pay and Growth
This is a full time role starting at $3 to $4 USD per hour, with opportunities for raises and performance bonuses when company KPI goals are met.
