In-House Real Estate Video Editor (Freelance / Per Project)

AWP Real Estate Media is looking for a talented video editor to join our growing team.

**We are NOT looking for an agency, editing company, or outsourced team.** We are looking for **one dedicated editor** who wants to grow with the brand long-term and become part of the team.

This is a freelance, per-project position with consistent work available for the right person.

What You'll Be Editing

* Cinematic horizontal listing videos
* Trendy vertical reels
* Agent entry videos
* Social media content for real estate agents
* Luxury property marketing videos

## Requirements

**Prior real estate video editing experience is required.**

Please do not apply if you have not edited real estate listing videos, property tours, or real estate social media content before.

* Strong editing skills with a modern, clean, luxury feel
* Ability to edit both horizontal and vertical real estate videos
* Understanding of real estate video pacing, shot sequencing, and property storytelling
* Understanding of trendy transitions, sound design, music selection, and social media hooks
* Ability to match music and visuals creatively
* Fast communication and reliable turnaround times
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table

## Important

* Individual editors only
* No agencies or outsourced editing teams
* Real estate editing experience is required
* Applicants must provide examples of real estate videos they have personally edited
* Applications without real estate editing samples will not be considered
* We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become part of the brand long-term

## Pay

* Paid per video/project edited
* Consistent project volume available

## Bonus Qualifications

* Experience editing luxury real estate content
* Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends
* Motion graphics experience
* Speed ramping and advanced transitions
* Experience creating high-performing real estate social media content
