Sales Support & Growth Coordinator

Looking for a sharp, resourceful person to help move leads from “interested” to “engaged” without hard selling. This role includes replying to DMs, nurturing relationships, following up with leads naturally, and keeping people warm in the pipeline.

Not interested in a hard-sell or a AI robot replacement. Want someone who can learn how to sound like me and simply engage in connections I wouldn't otherwise have.

You’ll also own our weekly marketing campaigns, assist with basic photo/video editing for social media, and help improve systems and ideas as we grow.

This is not a task-doer role. Looking for someone who thinks critically, takes initiative, solves problems independently, and helps take things to the next level.
