Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations virtually. In this role, you’ll help keep transactions moving smoothly, support our agents, and ensure clients feel informed and cared for at every step of the process. Ideal candidates have experience in real estate transactions and client relationship management.
Client experience is at the heart of what we do. We don’t just check boxes, we stay connected and build meaningful relationships. You’ll be a key player in making sure every client feels that from day one through closing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination:
-Manage contract-to-close process for buyer and seller transactions.
-Prepare purchase contracts, listing agreements and
-Track contract deadlines and ensure timely execution of documents.

Client Care:
-Serve as a first point of contact for transaction-related questions and client updates.
-Send personalized check-ins and follow-up messages to clients.
-Ensure every client touchpoint feels thoughtful, polished, and professional.
Administrative Support:
-Manage calendars and handle transaction-related
-Assist with special projects and team initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience as a transaction coordinator in a real estate support role.
-Strong knowledge of the real estate transaction process for both buyers and sellers (experience with California real estate)
-Experience with Trello, DocuSign, Google platforms (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), and Microsoft 365 (Word and Excel)
-Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM software, project management tools.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
-Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal)
-Friendly, reliable, proactive, and resourceful with a client-first attitude.
-Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
