We run active Facebook ad campaigns that generate inbound leads around the clock, and we need someone reliable to answer those calls after hours and on weekends so we never miss a potential customer.

What you'll do
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers within 2 minutes of the lead coming in

Follow a proven script to build rapport and schedule in-person estimates with our sales rep

Book appointments directly into our scheduling software (HouseCall Pro) — full training provided

Handle basic questions about our services professionally and confidently

Weekdays

5pm – 9pm PST

Weekends

8am – 6pm PST

Pay
Hourly base

Guaranteed for every shift you work

$6/hr

Bonus per booked estimate

Paid for every confirmed appointment

+$10

A strong performer booking 4–5 estimates per shift can earn $54–$69+ per shift.

What we're looking for
Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and friendly on the phone

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace during shifts

Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, or appointment setting

Comfortable working US evening and weekend hours consistently

Self-motivated — you're being paid to perform, not just to answer
