We are an international luxury fashion brand with boutiques in the Mediterranean, international wholesale operations, Shopify e-commerce, concierge partnerships, and global expansion plans.

We are looking for an experienced Shopify, Klaviyo, UpPromote and Fashion Operations Expert who can help organize, optimize and scale our growing fashion business.

Your Responsibilities

Shopify & E-Commerce

* Manage and optimize Shopify store operations
* Product creation and merchandising
* Collection management
* Product descriptions and content updates
* Discount and promotion management
* Customer journey optimization
* Conversion optimization

Klaviyo

* Build and manage email marketing campaigns
* Create automated flows
* Customer segmentation
* VIP customer journeys
* Abandoned cart recovery
* Post-purchase campaigns
* Performance reporting

UpPromote & Affiliate Management

* Manage the UpPromote affiliate platform
* Recruit affiliates, ambassadors and influencers
* Create referral campaigns
* Manage concierge and partner programs
* Track commissions and performance
* Develop affiliate growth strategies

Fashion Operations

* Coordinate collections, launches and campaigns
* Organize product information and fashion data
* Support wholesale and retail operations
* Coordinate with designers, photographers and marketing teams
* Help structure seasonal collection workflows
* Maintain operational excellence across departments

ClickUp & Organization

* Build workflows and SOPs
* Organize company operations
* Track tasks and deadlines
* Create reporting systems
* Improve team accountability
* Help transform a fast-growing company into a highly organized operation

* Advanced Shopify experience
* Advanced Klaviyo experience
* UpPromote experience
* ClickUp experience
* Strong fashion industry interest or experience
* Excellent English communication
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Problem-solving mindset
