Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Investors with Phone Marketing Skills

We're a real estate investment company in Calgary, AB, Canada looking for a VA to do the following tasks:
- Browse online websites for houses for sale and call homeowners to get more information about that house.
- Call back home sellers who left voicemail saying that they have a house for sale.
- Important information to collect from house sellers are:
o the least price they will sell their house for
o mortgage balance on the home
o description of house
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 10 hours/week. Sunday 4-8pm, plus 2 weekdays from 6-9pm MT.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be persistent in getting mortgage information
- VA will be using Skype to call Canada phone numbers
- Knowledge of Calgary, AB, Canada street address system an asset
- Knowledge of mortgage is an asset
Scripts will be provided, however, you are free to modify the script to get the information required.
