Junior Software Developer

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Permanent WFH | Philippines only)

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver ready to kickstart your career in software development and systems optimization? We are looking for a talented Junior Software Developer to become a key driver of our internal operational efficiency.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business workflows. You will support our core business systems, build custom automations, maintain internal web tools, and ensure all processes are backed by clear technical documentation. Working closely with our Business Operations Department, you will help troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*CRM Management & System Support: Support CRM implementation, configuration, and day-to-day setup. Manage integrations with third-party systems, troubleshoot bugs, and assist with data migration routines.
*Development & Automation: Develop and maintain system enhancements, custom automations, and scripts (specifically using Google Apps Script and JavaScript) to streamline workflows. Build functional, internal web-based tools and apply UI/UX best practices across layouts and dashboards.
*Technical Documentation: Document complex workflows and architecture changes. Develop clear flowcharts, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and database schemas to support system designs.
*Ticket Management & Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle, log, and route technical support tickets incoming from the Business Operations Department. Coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolutions in accordance with team service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BS CS), Information Technology (BS IT), Information Systems (BS IS), Computer Engineering (BS CpE), or any equivalent program.
*Experience: Open to talented junior developers and recent graduates who possess strong technical foundations.
*Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Must be self-directed, structured, and capable of communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills:
*Required Skills: Proficient in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Scripting/Automation (Google Apps Script or similar tools). Strong understanding of Database Management (database design, ERDs, schema design, and basic query logic).
*Advantageous Skills: Familiarity with UI/UX principles, basic graphic design, business system platforms (CRM, ATS, HRIS), and process documentation tools.
