Instagram DM VA - Online Fitness Business

I run an online fitness coaching business. I have a small, tight team and I'm looking for one more person to join us.
This role is simple: you'll be in my Instagram DMs every single day, opening conversations with new followers, qualifying leads, and booking them onto sales calls. That's the job. If you're good at it, you'll be rewarded.

What you'll be doing:

Sending openers to new followers and warm leads
Qualifying prospects using scripts and playbooks I'll provide
Moving leads toward booked calls - and following up relentlessly until they do
Logging activity daily so we can track what's working
Completing detailed end of day reports

What I need from you:

Fluent written English is a non-negotiable
Proven experience booking calls through Instagram DMs (show me evidence)
Reliable, consistent, zero hand-holding
Available Monday-Friday at 5–10pm Irish time, and Sundays at 5-10pm Irish time
In it for the long term: once you're in, you're part of the team

Pay
Base pay of €200 euro every two weeks plus performance bonuses.
If you hit the numbers, you'll earn well. Simple as that.
As you grow into the role and prove yourself, there will be opportunities for pay increases.
