Senior AI Content Creator - Performance Ads

We’re looking for a Senior AI Content Creator to create high-converting ad creatives for e-commerce brands.

This is not a basic video editing role. We need someone who understands performance creatives, AI workflows, hooks, retention, pacing and direct response editing.

You should understand formats like:

Talking Head UGC
Green Screen Talking Head
Full Talking Head
Yap Style Creatives
A-roll + B-roll
Top-down Product Videos
Object Lesson Ads
Cartoon / Animation Ads
Talking Product Concepts
AI Avatar / Hook-based Ads

Tools we like:

Arcads, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere Pro, ChatGPT, Claude.

Your role:

Create ad concepts
Write hooks and scripts
Generate AI visuals/videos
Edit short-form ads
Create multiple variations for testing
Improve creatives based on performance data

Important:

You must understand that visuals are not random “nice shots”. Every visual, B-roll clip, product shot or AI scene must support the full video structure. It should help stop the scroll, support the hook, explain the product, increase retention and move the viewer toward the CTA.

Payment:

Flat monthly fee based on experience

* €50 bonus for every winning creative

This is a part-time role for around 20–24 hours per week.
