Who we are.
Evolution Haus is a premium all-in-one business platform agency built for female coaches, educators, and wellness practitioners. We build complete business systems so they never lose another lead, live in 7 days.

We are built on GoHighLevel (white label) and we are in growth mode. The founder, Melissa Alves, runs the business from a caravan travelling Australia full time with her family. This is a real business, building fast, with a clear vision and a CEO who knows exactly where she is going.

We need someone who lives and breathes GHL to sit alongside us and build the engine.
What you will be doing.
— Build and maintain GHL sub-accounts for new clients, CRM, pipelines, automations, funnels, calendars, email sequences, courses, membership portals
— Build and refine our core GHL snapshot, the master template we deploy for every new client
— Set up and test automation workflows, onboarding sequences, lead follow-up, booking confirmations, re-engagement
— Build landing pages, opt-in pages, and sales funnels inside GHL
— Troubleshoot and fix broken workflows, automations, and integrations
— Set up GHL SaaS mode configurations as we scale
— Document everything you build — clean SOPs so the team can follow
— Weekly check-in with Melissa — async Loom or voice message updates welcome

What you need to bring.
— Proven, hands-on experience building inside GoHighLevel, not just familiar with it, actually built in it
— Experience with GHL snapshot builds specifically
— Strong automation and workflow logic — you understand triggers, conditions, and how to build sequences that actually work
— Experience building for coaches, wellness practitioners, or service businesses — you understand this world
— Excellent written English — you will communicate directly with Melissa and occasionally with clients
— You are a self-starter — you do not need hand-holding, you ask smart questions and then you execute
— You show up consistently, communicate proactively, and deliver what you say you will deliver
— You care about the quality of your work — not just getting it done, but getting it right
What we offer.
— USD $3–7 per hour depending on experience and skill level
— Part-time to start — up to 20 hours per week with scope to grow to full-time as the business scales
