TikTok Influencer Outreach Specialist (US Home & Bathroom)

We are MEDUNJESS, a US-based home & bathroom brand, looking for a **TikTok Influencer Outreach Specialist** to help us build partnerships with US home decor/bathroom creators. Please contact us directly through CustomerService@medunjess.com

Your key responsibilities:
1. Search and identify US-based TikTok/Instagram influencers in home decor, bathroom renovation, and DIY niches.
2. Send personalized outreach messages via email/DM, build and maintain relationships with creators.
3. Negotiate collaboration terms (commission, free products, content requirements) and track responses.
4. Maintain an organized influencer list (contact info, status, collaboration details) and follow up regularly.
5. Work with our team to review content and ensure alignment with our brand guidelines.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) for professional communication with US creators.
- Experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, or client relations preferred.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to manage influencer data.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram creator ecosystems is a big plus.
