Digital Designer for Better Proposals

I am looking for someone who can use the Better Proposal ---------- software to design a construction project proposal on for our building business. I have our current proposal in a PDF format that i have designed on Canva and that has all the information which needs to be inputted into the Better Proposal Software and made as a web proposal.

- You need to be creative and have a good eye for detail!
- Must have at least a few years of Digital Design experience
