We're a US-based content agency that's spent 2+ years editing for major creators and brands (40+ creators, 20M+ combined followers). We're growing our editing team and looking for editors who are hungry to get genuinely great — not just stay where they are.

What you'll be doing:

Editing short-form and/or long-form content for real, paying creators
Editing to a proven style we'll coach you on

Consistent volume — 30 to 60 videos/month is realistic for strong editors

Requirements (read carefully):

Premiere Pro AND After Effects — these are required. (CapCut-only editors are not a fit.)
Strong English comprehension and communication
Coachable: genuinely willing to learn our style and apply it, not just say "yes I can do everything"
Reliable internet and a track record of meeting deadlines
