We are a fast-growing U.S. financial services agency looking for a Recruiting Assistant to help source candidates, manage follow-up, and schedule interviews.
Responsibilities
Source candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
Send outreach messages and follow up with prospects
Schedule interviews on leadership calendars
Track candidates in a google sheet
Keep recruiting pipelines organized and moving
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong organizational skills
Recruiting, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Self-motivated and reliable
Compensation is negotiable depending on experience.
