No-Code Developer — Glide Apps + Make.com + OpenAI — Chef App Build

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for an experienced no-code developer who knows Glide Apps and ---------- inside out. This is an exciting project — a chef kitchen management app that uses AI and phone cameras to run a professional kitchen. The core is already built and working. I just need the right person to finish it.
What is already working:

Chef uploads menu photo in Glide app on phone
---------- receives via webhook
OpenAI generates kitchen prep list
Prep list writes into Google Sheets

What needs to be completed — 8 tasks:
Task 1 — Glide Sync Fix (2 hrs / $40)

Prep items written by ---------- into Google Sheets must appear automatically in Glide Daily Prep checklist
Fix using Glide API or ---------- module writing directly into Glide tables

Task 2 — Daily Prep Checklist Full Build (3 hrs / $60)

OpenAI reads menu photo in depth and generates ALL prep items
Items organised by category — Fish, Poultry, Meat, Salads, Pasta, Stocks, Pastry, Vegetables, Desserts
Each prep item has a tick box
Shows WHO ticked it and WHEN
All ticks reset automatically at midnight

Task 3 — Notes Under Each Prep Item (1 hr / $25)

Chef taps prep item
Add Note button opens text input box
Note saves and displays under that prep item
Visible to ALL users in real time
Clears at midnight

Task 4 — Multi-User Team Access (1 hr / $25)

Head Chef invites 5 to 15 tea ---------- mbers
All users see SAME prep list in real time
Any user can tick or add note
Shows who did what and when

Task 5 — Recipe Photo to Glide (2 hrs / $50)

Chef photographs a dish
OpenAI generates recipe name, ingredients, quantities, prep steps
Appears in Glide under Recipes section
Links to relevant prep items

Task 6 — Invoice Photo Scanning (2 hrs / $50)

Chef photographs supplier invoice
OpenAI extracts supplier name, line items, quantities, prices, total
Writes into Google Sheets Invoices tab
Visible in Glide

Task 7 — Food Costing Auto (1 hr / $25)

Recipe ingredients link to supplier invoice prices
Auto calculates cost per recipe and cost per portion
Updates when new invoice scanned
Visible in Glide next to each recipe

Task 8 — App Store & Google Play Publishing (1 hr / $25)

Configure Glide app for Apple App Store and Google Play submission
Set up app icon, splash screen, app name HOSTCONECT
Submit to both stores
All within Glide platform


PAYMENT TERMS:

$300 USD fixed price for all 8 tasks
$50 USD bonus on full completion if all tasks delivered correctly and on time
Total earning potential: $350 USD
Paid per task via Wise immediately when verified working
No upfront payment
Long term relationship possible for the right developer
