eCommerce Virtual Assistant – eBay Dropshipping (Part-Time)

We run a growing eBay Germany dropshipping store (Top Rated Seller)
and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support daily
operations.

Your tasks will include:
- Checking and responding to customer messages (templates + AI tool provided)
- Monitoring open orders and flagging issues (delays, cancellations, tracking)
- Running competitor price scans and reporting findings
- Reviewing and managing auto-orders via our ordering tool (Ecomsniper)
- Assisting with product listing and sniping
- Keeping our task tracker up to date

You will work with structured workflows and a full Notion documentation
system. Onboarding happens via live video calls where we walk through
each process together - recordings of these sessions will serve as your
ongoing reference material.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written)
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience with eCommerce or marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
- Comfortable with online tools and browser extensions
- Available for a fixed daily shift (flexible on timing)

Nice to have:
- Previous VA experience in Amazon to eBay dropshipping
- Familiarity with eBay
