Appointment Setter

I are currently seeking highly capable Philippines-based virtual assistants / appointment setters to assist with outbound business appointment scheduling in Australia.

We are based in Townsville, Queensland, Australia, and we operate a local business growth and customer engagement platform called Townsville Points.

We already have access to a large database of local businesses, including business names, contact numbers, and email addresses. The primary role of the appointment setter would be to contact business owners by phone and schedule face-to-face meetings for on the ground reps.

At this stage, we are looking for a proposal outlining:
• Your appointment setting services
• Relevant experience with Australian businesses
• English communication standards and accent neutrality
• Availability and preferred working hours
• Whether staff are dedicated or shared
• Hourly rates and/or package pricing
• CRM or reporting capabilities
• Call recording capability (if available)
The ideal candidate would:
• Be confident speaking with Australian business owners
• Have strong spoken English and professional phone manner
• Be comfortable with outbound calling
• Be reliable, organised, and proactive
• Have previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support
