Autonomous Revenue Operator

You will live and work across the full Hermes Agent + Grok + n8n + Cursor + HyperAgent stack every day, leveraging each tool's distinct role in the revenue chain to design, build, and ship sustainable paths of revenue for every company we point them at.

You will operate as an autonomous revenue operator: using Hermes Agent as the brain to plan multi-step attack strategies with persistent memory and deep reasoning, Grok as the real-time intelligence layer to surface live market data, trending pain points, competitor pricing, and decision-makers actively expressing those pains on X and industry forums, n8n as the execution layer to run lead scraping, enrichment, email sequencing, follow-up triggers, and appointment workflows on autopilot, Cursor as the code layer to spin up custom scrapers, parsers, and webhook handlers from plain-English instructions without needing to be a developer, and HyperAgent's Rubrics system as the oversight layer to automatically score every agent output across every active campaign so they always know which systems to scale and which to adjust.

Your core mandate is to convert every company I assign into a self-running, lead-generating, revenue-producing machine: hyper-personalized outreach engines built on real-time intelligence, automated multi-touch sequences that reference what prospects posted, and booked meetings handed cleanly to the closer at the exact ---------- nt of response. Every campaign you build will be tied to a target company, deployed permanently inside n8n, monitored through HyperAgent rubrics, and every campaign keeps running. In short, this person will turn the Hermes + Grok + n8n + Cursor + HyperAgent stack into a self-perpetuating revenue engine that produces an active, automated outreach system.

Compensation: During the training period, your pay will be $3 an hour, but I will provide all of the tools that you need, and you will learn the skills to became an asset inside of the company. After the training period, when you have proven that the training is complete and you can consistently generate revenue using the tools given to you, your base pay will move to $8 an hour. As you continue to become stronger at your position, your pay will increase to $12 an hour. From there you will be offered a salaried position of $4,000 a month upon your next raise, with quarterly bonuses and annual raises.
