# Weekend Customer Support & Phone Sales Representative (Cleaning Company)

We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in California, USA, looking for a reliable and professional customer support representative to join our team.

This role is primarily focused on:

* Answering inbound phone calls immediately
* Responding to text messages
* Replying to Yelp leads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA) leads
* Helping convert leads into booked appointments
* Providing excellent customer service

This is initially a **weekend role**:

* Saturday and Sunday
* Approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (California time)

There is strong potential to expand into additional weekday hours over time.

## IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

### Excellent English

You MUST have:

* Clear spoken English
* Strong listening skills
* Professional phone presence
* Ability to sound confident and friendly on calls

### Fast Response Time

This is critical:

* Calls must be answered immediately whenever possible
* We are looking for someone dependable and responsive
* You should be comfortable handling multiple conversations at once

### Experience Required

Please only apply if you have experience with:

* Customer support
* Phone support / call center work
* Appointment setting
* Sales or lead conversion
* CRM or messaging systems

Experience with home services, cleaning companies, or local businesses is a plus.

## What You’ll Be Doing

* Help customers book cleanings
* Respond quickly to text messages
* Reply to Yelp and Google leads
* Follow up with potential customers
* Keep conversations organized and professional

## Technical Requirements

You must have:

* Stable high-speed internet
* Quiet work environment
* Reliable computer and headset
* Ability to work consistently during Pacific Time hours
