JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based home service company looking for a high-energy, results-driven person to join our growing team. Your primary job is to answer inbound calls from homeowners who are interested in our cleaning services and close them into booked clients. Additionally you will help the day to day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
Answering inbound calls from homeowners interested in cleaning services
Conducting friendly discovery conversations and closing bookings on the first call
Following up with leads via phone, text, and email
Coordinating schedules between clients and cleaning staff
Handling day-to-day operational tasks — scheduling, customer inquiries, CRM updates
Solving problems independently and keeping the business running smoothly

What We're Looking For
Fluent English. You will be on the phone with US homeowners daily. MUST HAVE.
Proven background in sales, inbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service with real closing experience
Strong phone presence — warm, confident, and persuasive
Self-starter who can figure things out without constant direction
Comfortable wearing multiple hats depending on what the business needs
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setup
Coachable — you take feedback and apply it fast

Compensation & Benefits
Base: $5-$6 USD/Hour
Bonus: $100+ per month in performance bonuses
Remote, US business hours

Technical Requirements:
Minimum 30 Mbps wired Internet connection
Laptop/ Desktop Set Up with a good microphone and camera for voice & video calls
Quiet, professional work environment with no background noise
Backup Internet and device for emergencies
