We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to work as a Phone Setter for a home remodeling business in the United States. This is a client-facing role where you will be speaking directly with warm inbound leads — homeowners who have already shown interest in a bathroom or kitchen renovation through our ads.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent English is REQUIRED (both spoken and written)
• Must have a clear and professional speaking voice with little to no heavy accent
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment with laptop and microphone
• Strong communication and people skills
• Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or phone sales is preferred
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Calling warm inbound leads (no cold calling — these homeowners already showed interest!)
• Booking qualified leads into appointments on our calendar
• Confirming appointment dates and times with booked clients
• Triaging leads by gathering key project details (ex: type of remodel, scope, timeline, and budget range)
• Keeping our CRM updated with accurate lead notes and statuses
• Following scripts and processes while still sounding natural and conversational
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
• Comfortable speaking with US-based homeowners
• Friendly, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Experience with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is a plus
• Home improvement/remodeling industry experience is a BIG plus
DETAILS:
• Full-time position
• Must be available during US business hours (please include your availability when applying)
• Compensation: Starting salary is $750/month for the first month. Pay increases based on performance.
