Remote Instagram Appointment Setter (Philippines-Based)

We’re hiring a full-time Remote Appointment Setter from the Philippines to help us manage conversations, follow up with leads, and book qualified calls.

This is not a cold-calling role.

Most of the leads you’ll speak with already follow our pages, interact with our content, or have shown interest in our services. Your job is to start conversations, build trust, and move people toward booking a call with our team following all the info and training we give you.

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, coachable, professional, detail-oriented and hungry to improve.


What You’ll Be Doing
- Messaging leads through Instagram, and other platforms
- Following up with interested prospects consistently
- Building rapport and qualifying potential prospects
- Booking appointments directly into our calendar
- Keeping CRM notes and KPI trackers updated daily
- Showing up to meetings and trainings


What We’re Looking For:
- STRONG English communication skills
- Comfortable having conversations online all day
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fast learner who takes feedback well
- Consistent and dependable
- Stable internet and work-from-home setup
- Able to work U.S. business hours

If you have experience in sales, appointment setting, customer support, or social media, you will be preferred.


Pay Structure
Base Pay - $250/month paid bi-weekly

Commission - $75 per month added to base pay for every closed deal

Example Earnings
5 closed deals = about $625/month
15 closed deals = about $1,375/month
20 closed deals = about $1,750/month

There is also room for additional bonuses and increased responsibility for high performers.
