Social Media Virtual Assistant

We’re hiring a Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram and TikTok. This is a long-term role with real growth potential, strong performers will earn more over time and have the opportunity to lead our marketing team.

What You’ll Do:
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars (Reels-first strategy)
• Write captions that drive saves, shares, and DMs
• Manage Instagram Stories (polls, countdowns, behind-the-scenes)
• Respond to DMs and comments + tag leads for follow-up
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content weekly
• Edit short-form video (Reels / TikTok) in CapCut or similar
• Create on-brand graphics in Canva (templates, quote posts, story frames)
• Track performance: reach, saves, profile visits, follower growth
• Submit weekly + monthly reports

Must Have:
• Proven experience managing IG + TikTok accounts (send examples)
• Strong written English
• Canva proficiency (Figma / Adobe = bonus)
• Video editing skills (CapCut minimum)
• Detail-oriented + reliable
• Available during New York business hours (EST)
Bonus:
• Beauty / wellness / lifestyle / hospitality experience
• Email marketing or graphic design background
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or GHL
