About the role
ClearPath Food Safety Consulting prepares FDA-compliant food safety documentation for businesses importing food into the United States. We need a detail-oriented specialist to draft Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) plans and related compliance documents using our templates and client data.
This is a document production role — you work from structured templates and completed client intake forms. Full training is provided. You do not need prior FSVP experience.
What you'll do

Draft FSVP compliance plans using ClearPath templates
Complete hazard analysis tables based on product and supplier data
Prepare record-keeping and monitoring templates for each client
Incorporate feedback from our principal consultant before final submission
Manage your own files and meet agreed deadlines (typically 3 business days per plan)

What we're looking for

Degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
Excellent written English — documents go to US clients
Strong Microsoft Word skills
High attention to detail
Reliable, self-managed, and communicates proactively

Bonus points

Familiarity with HACCP or food safety management systems
Any exposure to FDA, FSMA, or US food regulations
Previous remote freelance experience

Pay
USD $50–100 per completed and accepted plan, paid within 7 days. Volume increases with performance.
