We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative who is passionate about helping families and has experience generating referrals and building relationships within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

* Generate new client referrals through hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications with referral sources.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
* Track all outreach activities and referral opportunities in our CRM.
* Follow up with prospective clients and families.
* Coordinate with our intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Meet weekly referral and client acquisition goals.
* Provide regular activity and performance reports.

Requirements

* Previous sales experience required.
* Home care, healthcare, hospice, home health, senior care, or medical sales experience preferred.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-up activities.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Reliable internet connection and computer.
