Creative Strategist – Health & Beauty (AI-Forward)

We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist with a strong brand background to drive performance creative for health and beauty products.

What you'll do:

Develop fresh creative angles and high-converting ad copy for native placements
Transform static image concepts into compelling video formats and VSLs
Lead creative strategy for scaling health and beauty campaigns
Review and provide feedback on work from creative editors
Leverage AI tools — including Higgsfield — to streamline production and delegation

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally with a brand or performance marketing background
Strong command of AI-powered creative workflows
Hands-on experience with video and VSL production
A strategic thinker who can both ideate and execute

Compensation: Base pay + performance-based bonuses tied to creative results
