Funnel & CRM Automation Specialist

Property Profits and the Cooee Group are rapidly expanding and we are looking for a high-performance Funnel & CRM Automation Specialist to help scale our lead generation and marketing systems.

This is NOT a basic admin or VA role.

You will work directly with leadership to improve:
> lead flow,
> CRM systems,
> sales funnels,
> automations,
> conversion tracking,
> pipeline management,
> marketing operations.

Your role is to ensure leads move efficiently through the funnel while helping optimise conversion rates and operational efficiency.

You should be highly organised, commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and improving CRM workflows (Pipedrive)
• Building and maintaining landing pages and funnels
• Creating automations using Zapier or Make
• Managing lead routing and pipeline systems
• Assisting with Meta and Google campaign execution
• Tracking conversion metrics and reporting KPIs
• Improving operational efficiency and reducing manual processes
• Supporting webinar and event funnels
• Coordinating with marketing and creative teams

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Experience with Zapier or Make
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability

Highly regarded:
• Meta Ads experience
• Landing page design
• AI workflow experience
• Copywriting ability
• Experience supporting Australian businesses
