Ads Translator

We're hiring an experienced, full-time ads translator adapt ad content at scale across multiple markets. Your main goal: turn around as much high-quality localized content as possible, every day.
You'll be working across all European markets.

What you'll do

Translate and localize around 10 videos per day (videos run from 30 seconds to 2 minutes)
Remove existing subtitles from source videos
Translate each video using well-crafted prompts to ensure accurate, natural results
Generate new voiceovers using ElevenLabs
Search for content
Deliver clean, ready-to-publish localized videos across multiple languages and markets

Volume will start a bit lower while you learn our processes, then ramp up to full output.
What we're looking for

Proven experience in video ad translating / localization — this is not an entry-level role
Ability to write effective prompts to translate videos accurately and naturally
Comfort working across multiple European languages and English
Experience with ElevenLabs and AI-based localization tools
Fast, reliable, organized, and able to maintain consistent daily output independently

Tools

Ideally, you already have your own AI tools and subscriptions for this kind of work
We can provide access to tools like Eleven Labs, Vmake
