JOB OVERVIEW

We run community, multicultural, private and sports events in Melbourne. We need a reliable, detail-focused assistant to support event admin, sponsor/vendor follow-up, registrations, member communication and social media coordination.

Responsibilities:

* Manage event and club enquiry inboxes.
* Update sponsor, vendor, guest and member databases.
* Prepare weekly outreach lists and follow-up messages.
* Support event registration tracking.
* Schedule approved social media posts. Share with community
* Prepare event flyers and reels for the events to increase viewers and page followers
* Send guest/member reminders.
* Create post-event reports.
* Keep Google Drive, Sheets, and task boards organised.

Must have:

* Excellent written English.
* Strong Google Sheets and Google Drive skills.
* Use of AI system, Canva and Capcut experience.
* Experience with Facebook/Instagram, Linkdin scheduling and management
* Reliable internet and daily communication.
* Attention to detail.
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and task management tools.
