JOB OVERVIEW

Working closely with the owners, this role will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of our residential building projects.

You’ll assist with project administration, project cost tracking, scheduling assistance, safety and compliance documentation, subcontractor coordination and operational systems management. A large part of the role will involve maintaining strong systems and workflows within Wunderbuild to help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

This position will play an important support role within the business, helping maintain organised project systems, accurate reporting and streamlined workflows across multiple projects.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced residential construction environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project & Construction Administration
Invoice reconciliation and project cost tracking
Carpentry hours reconciliation and timesheet tracking
Maintaining and updating carpentry schedules (Toms Planner)
Tracking project margins and assisting with reporting
Uploading and maintaining project documentation within Wunderbuild
Maintaining organised project files and digital systems
Assisting with procurement and supplier pricing requests

Supporting pricing take-offs and quote request coordination
Creating comparison spreadsheets for project quotations
Creating trade and material comparison spreadsheets

Safety & Compliance Administration
Preparing and maintaining safety documentation
Coordinating SWMS / SIte Induction documentation
Maintaining organised compliance records across projects

Team & Operational Support
Preparing meeting agendas and minutes (as required)
Assisting with workflow and systems management within Wunderbuild

Skills & Experience
Experience using Wunderbuild or Buildxact
Has previous experience in residential construction administration or project coordination
Is highly organised and detail-oriented
Experience assisting with pricing take-offs and tender coordination
Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability
