Credit Repair Disputer

Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Repair Disputer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone experienced in reviewing credit reports, identifying inaccuracies, preparing dispute letters, and communicating professionally with clients and credit bureaus.

The ideal candidate must understand consumer credit laws, dispute strategies, and the importance of confidentiality and compliance.

This is a remote position through OnlineJobs.ph.

Responsibilities:
Review client credit reports from all 3 bureaus
Analyze negative accounts, inquiries, collections, charge-offs, late payments, and bankruptcies
Prepare dispute letters and supporting documentation
Submit disputes through designated systems/platforms
Track dispute progress and update client files
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Communicate professionally with management regarding account updates
Follow company SOPs and compliance procedures
Meet production and turnaround deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in credit repair or credit disputing preferred
Knowledge of:
FCRA
FDCPA
CFPB complaint process
Metro 2 reporting preferred
Strong English reading and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and computer
Experience with dispute software/CRMs is a plus
Must maintain strict confidentiality
