Civil Estimator ( Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to create accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, site development, and public works for our US-based construction and engineering clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate estimates for civil engineering projects including roadwork, utilities, site development, and infrastructure
Review civil engineering plans, specifications, drawings, and project scope documentation
Collaborate directly with US clients, civil engineers, contractors, and municipal project managers
Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards, local building codes, and municipal requirements
Process and manage multiple civil estimation projects with varying complexity and scale
Communicate estimate details, revisions, and clarifications to project stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation and estimate records for civil engineering projects
Support bidding processes and provide technical estimate explanations for infrastructure projects
Quality check estimates for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients
Analyze material costs, equipment requirements, and labor needs for civil construction projects

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years experience working with US-based clients in estimation or construction
Proficient in estimation software and civil engineering cost analysis for infrastructure projects
Construction industry background strongly preferred, especially in civil engineering and infrastructure projects
Excellent English communication skills (read, write, listen, speak)
Previous experience working with American companies and understanding US business practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Professional personality and positive attitude in client interactions
Own reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Availability for US business hours and client communication
Experience with civil engineering drawings, infrastructure specifications, and municipal project requirements
