What You Will Do ????
— Monitor and manage a remote team of 4-6 people daily
— Review weekly performance reports from all tea
— Hold team accountable to KPIs and daily targets
— Flag performance issues to the CEO immediately with data
— Run weekly team check ins on Google Meet
— Onboard new hires and manage their first 30 days
— Keep GoHighLevel pipeline clean and updated
— Report directly to CEO — weekly
What We Are Looking For ????
— Minimum 2 years managing a remote team
— BPO team leader or supervisor experience strongly preferred
— Strong written and spoken English — non negotiable
— Experience with CRM tools — GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred
— Available Monday to Friday during US Central Standard Time hours
— No conflicting client schedules during Leasentric hours
— Self motivated and proactive — does not wait to be told what to do
