Job for Full-Time website designer

We are looking for a full time website designer to work with us long-term. If you're tired of moving from job to job then this is the job for you because we offer job stability and regular bonuses based on performance. We don't make you slave a way for minimum pay all day! We realise the better you do the better we do!

The job will require you to work 40 hours per week with various tasks that mainly involve creating quality unique designs for multiple brand new niche websites each week. This includes making headers, changing the colour schemes and making the site appeal to potential buyers. The work will all involve websites created using Wordpress, so knowledge of how Wordpress works is a must. We envision 5+ website designs and installations per week.

Not only must you be able to create designs, but you must also know how to upload the designs onto the websites. It is also a big bonus to us if you have detailed internet knowledge such as detailed knowledge of mySQL, FTP, C-panel and the process of transferring a website.

As the head-designer on the team it is your responsibitlity to ensure the best designs of our sites and we expect that your communication be prompt and to a high standard. If you expect to disappear for a few days or up to a week then this job is certainly not for you. Constant communication is required with the Project Manager at all times.

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Good computing skills

- Knowledge of Wordpress

- Portfolio of high quality designs

- Can work under pressure

- Has detailed knowledge of designing websites.

- Has their own computer and highspeed Internet connection.

- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.

- Can work from home without distractions.

- Can use Skype and Yahoo messenger.

- Has a PayPal account.

- Can stick to deadlines.

- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)

Pay will increase if you also have the following:

- Detailed knowledge of transferring websites to different owners.

- FTP, MYSQL, C-Panel knowledge.
